If you already have that, you can change your mind and go back to writing, and that proves it for me.
Whether it's writing, drawing, design or anything else,
getting lost in beauty can banish irritation.
If you have found a way to avoid writing when you are hard
on yourself, it should not surprise you that writing is something you can take
and leave.
Spend time in a
creative endeavor
If you are frustrated, the time you spend in a creative endeavor
that you enjoy can pull you out of the doldrums.
You don't have to give up your job, but if you do, you won't
pluck any irritations from your preservation - lost beauty.
Music-making
In computer-based music-making, it is far too easy to blur
the two distinct parts of the creative process.
Give your voice a new color and you can work your way
through creative blocks and reinvent yourself.
Whether you're writing a book, doing a promo stack, or
completing any number of other projects, it's very easy to get overwhelmed.
Some projects can feel so overwhelming that it is not even
worth getting started.
If you want to stay motivated, you need to take some time to
recover from the disappointment of a loss or even a bad day at work or the
office.
Time out
If necessary, you can take some time out - to stay
reasonably calm and productive.
Many people mistakenly believe that aggressive and
confrontational expressions of anger are the only way we can get rid of our
anger.
People who behave aggressively in order to "get
rid" of their anger tend to become more aggressive, not less.
You have probably heard the phrase "Get out of your
rage" more than once in your life to get rid of it.
Running
When frustration is high, running can be a sign that you
need a break from training. If you're fed up, grab your hiking or running shoes
and go outside.
